So I've heard rumors of tomorrow night at Fred's house for a fireside chat with Johnny C. Is that correct?

Monday, March 7th

Hey guys,

I got a good friend of mine, some of you know him fairly well. It's Seth Thomas and he works at the INN and I've asked if at some point he would like to come and share with our group. Just a small backstory, Seth and his wife, Stacy, went through some crazy stuff this past summer when Stacy was diagnosed with breast cancer. I've talked with him individually about his experience in this and how it has shaped and changed him and his understanding of God, faith, prayer, etc.

He says he'd love to share with our group and he gave me March 7 and 14 as possible dates that work for him. I wont be around the 14th but he also said he could look at date for next quarter as well. I know the 7th is the first monday of the month, and we usually try to get out and do something different as a group usually.

So let me know your thoughts. Either I can get Seth for the 7th and we "shift" our first of the month meeting, or I can see about dates maybe for April or later.

Wednesday, 7pm at Brad's Place

Like the title says, this Wednesday, 7pm at my place: 2515 Humboldt St.

Spread the word and if anything, try to be a few minutes early if you can. Let's go paleo again for food: meat, vegetables, fruit, salt's ok, added sugar/table sugar's not. Search "paleo" for a better idea or shoot me any questions. Make your dish and bring it to share pot-luck style. Should be a good eve boys.

Is it Wednesday or Tuesday gents? We need to decide because if it's Wednesday I need to cancel my other thing. I definitely don't want to miss Johnny.

Tuesday would work fine for me this week (well, monday would to, but I'd rather hang out with more of you guys than less). I could swing Wednesday but it's not as convenient.

The concert was good, for those of you not there I would highly recommend seeing that "Bear Cove" live at some point, they put on a really fun show. I did speak with the lead singer and he said they have four shows in the coming month, so you should be able to find them some place/time that you can make it :).

If anyone has nothing to do on Monday they should give me a call 360-301-4153 and we'll come up with something fun to do.

Concert

Good Point

Yup, next week is valentines day...and yup, I've got plans as well. I am a bit busy these next couple weeks, but lets try to figure something out and Ill try to make it.

Alright boys, yesterday brad said that he lined matt up for next Monday... Problem is that day is also valentines day... How many of you have or have yet to plan dates with your wives/fiancees/girlfriends/selves? I have already made plan to watch the kids for my host family, and I would love to hear matt talk. Brad suggested moving our man day to maybe Tuesday or wednesday temporarily for next week. What works for people? Let's try and figure this sooner rather than later. Muchlovingwhitey

Gents, I did not secure Matt M. for tomorrow eve but am hopeful for next week. I have realized, however, that tomorrow does happen to be the first Monday of the month. So far as I can tell, this should mean us getting out or doing something off the cuff. Any ideas boys? I'm putting my mind to the thinking board.
